I took another Web Development Class during the Spring Semester of my Junior Year of College—CSC 170: Intro to Web Development. I actually found it easier than my previous web development course because we only worked in HTML and CSS, barring some Javascript and PHP during our final project. The premise of the class was simple: we created a couple basic webpages in HTML by copying information from Wikipedia on a topic of our choice, and then spent different projects and homework labs formatting them with CSS, adding navigation, and experimenting with new techniques we learned in class. Our final project, Project 3, was definitely the magnum opus of it all: we combined our webpages with webpages from three classmates, formatted them to match our original webpage, and then created a homepage with a JQuery powered slideshow, navigation, and PHP. All the codes for this class can be found on Github.
